About MGN Advisors
MGN is a project and program services firm operating across North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Core management and dedicated project staff are supported by an established pool of discipline-focused specialists.

Their experience has been developed through healthcare, laboratory, communications, defense, energy, infrastructure and transportation programs across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
The MGN operating model
Maintains the client relationship, defines responsibility, establishes project controls and remains accountable for the direction of the work.
Maintains day-to-day continuity in planning, procurement, coordination, records, reporting and follow-through.
Adds the engineering, equipment, procurement, commissioning, training, contracting or geographic experience required by the assignment.
How the work is managed
MGN begins by establishing the client requirement, the project basis and the responsibility of each participant. Procurement strategy, schedule, cost, design interfaces and contractor obligations are then managed against that basis rather than as separate administrative exercises.
As the work moves into the field, current documentation, supplier commitments, site conditions, testing, acceptance, training and transition provide the basis for decisions and closeout.
MGN’s operating presence supports work across North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, including remote and cross-border environments.
The organization is structured to establish project plans quickly, deploy the appropriate personnel and maintain continuity across locations, disciplines and contracting structures.
